Our processing time is 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders received at the time. The USA warehouse is open Monday through Friday (closed on weekends). Therefore, if an order is placed on the weekend, processing won't begin until Monday. 

Due to safety reasons, we send all our dresses with signature. Please make sure you or someone you know will be home at time of delivery. If you are not home, you can arrange with UPS to pick it up at a coordinated location. Please make sure you bring your ID with you.

Customs Fee's & Import Tax

Per Canada Border Services Agency 

"Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds"

These fees will be collected at checkout and automatically paid to CBSA.

DISCLAIMER! 

If you place an order and the dress you want is not available within the time frame you require, we will issue you a full refund.

ONLINE RETURNS:
We have a 3-day refund or exchange policy.

This means you have three days (starting when the dress has been marked 'Delivered' by the shipping company) after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be given if requested after 3 days of the dress being marked as 'delivered'.

No refunds will be issued until the dress has arrived back to us and that may take several days to weeks depending on which service you choose.

Please ensure you provide tracking and insurance when returning an item, because if the dress is lost in transit with no tracking capabilities, you will not be issued a refund.

You MUST contact our returns department for instructions before returning a dress. Dresses which are sent back for a return without receiving instructions will be denied.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any signs of a dress having been used will be denied an exchange/refund. All exchanges/refunds are inspected by our quality assurance team.

Exchange or refund shipping will be at the expense of the buyer unless the item/dress is damaged, then Villoni Boutique will cover the cost of shipping as well as shipping of the new dress.

There is no refund on shipping costs to the buyer.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
This is very simple. To start the process, please contact us via email returns@villoniboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please make sure to attach your order number. A member from our returns team will contact you with instructions on how to return the dress.

Once you have received instructions from our team, the dress must be sent back to us (with tracking) within 5 days. If the dress isn't sent within the 5 day window, your refund/exchange will be denied. There are no exceptions. 

RESPONSE TIME?
Our Returns Department is dedicated to ensuring a swift response to your email. We do our best to have a response time of 24 to 48 hours from the time of your return request.

Please note that this time frame applies to business days only, as our team does not operate during weekends.

Our team works from 10am - 4pm AEDT. Emailing multiple times only pushes your return to the bottom of the queue.  

You will not be penalized for the response time. As long as you have initiated the return via email within 3 days of receiving your item, you will qualify. 

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS GUIDELINES?

There will not be any exceptions.

If a return is requested after the 3-day window, it will be denied. If a dress is sent later than 5 days after initiating the return, it will be denied.

If a dress is received and found to be without tags still attached, original packaging not intact, deodorant stains, strong scents of perfume, makeup, dirt, stains, damage, animal hair, grass stains, odors, etc, the return will be denied.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 2 days after your dress has arrived to contact us that your item is damaged to receive a refund.

Glitter, gems, florals, or sequins shedding from the dress is not considered a fault or a defect. It is perfectly normal for these dresses to shed. 

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

There is a 10% restocking fee for refunding 1 dress

15% restocking fee for refunding 2 dresses

20% restocking fee for 3 or more dresses that are refunded

If you used a discount code, the restocking fee applies to the original price of the dress.

If you are exchanging a dress, there is no restocking fee but you will be charged for shipping of the new dress based on whichever shipping option you choose.

Restocking fee is waived on a maximum of one exchange. 

If you are provided a shipping label by Villoni Boutique for a return, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

WHY DO Y'ALL CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES ON RETURN DRESSES?

All returned items go through a sanitisation process, in addition to being inspected for quality. The restocking fee helps us with this process to keep our customers safe. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Procedure is the same as above, however, when returning an item please make sure to cover the import tax cost. We are not responsible for Customs/Import Tax Fees or International Shipping Fees.

After the order is fulfilled, refunds aren't provided for duties, customs fees, or VAT. If a full order is refunded before the order fulfillment, then duties and customs are refunded to you.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

TAKE YOUR BUST, WAIST AND HIP MEASUREMENT

You can take your measurements by yourself with the following guide or you can ask someone for assistance. The most important thing is to measure your body based on how you’d like the dress to fit on you. If you’re in between sizes, it is always better to select the bigger size and any fitting issues can be fixed with alterations.

If your measuring tape allows, it is best to take your measurements in inches. If your measuring tape only has centimetres, it can be converted to inches after the fact.

You’ll need to take three measurements: BUST, WAIST and HIPS. This is done by wrapping the measurement tape around your body, with the measuring tape being pulled snug against you, similar to how you'd want the fit of the dress. If you prefer a loose fit, hold the tape according.
